KTI Development Planners was established in 2014 in the belief that a comprehensive multi-disciplinary service was needed in the area of development planning and social development. KTI Development Planners is a 100% black-ownedand managed, multi-disciplinary Consultancy with a strong emphasis towards development planning, reconstruction and development in South Africa.
The name of the Company is derived from the founding member Kagelelo Chamboko. The name Kagelelo refers to both Kago and Motheo; hence the name KAGOTHEOISAGO shorten as KTI. Strong foundation result in a sustainable building which benefits current and future generations. We provide sustainable, practical and realistic development solutions. We seeks to respond to the growing demand for improved service delivery, job creation and operation of sustainable infrastructure development and community upliftment which will improve social welfare
